Reporting volontaire VSME, une alternative simplifiée à la CSRD pour les PME

The plan is that smaller companies, SMEs would be able to pick up and use this standard hopefully without too much additional challenge and provide the kind of information that a bank or a large company client might be looking for. One of the hopes is that by doing that, we establish in the market a sort of common reference, a common benchmark for what kind of information it is legitimate to expect an SME to have and to provide and hopefully prevent banks, amongst others, from each developing their own individual questionnaire and approaching all their SME customers for different bits of information in different ways.
